Police: Naked Man Arrested in Woodbridge
Suspect resisted arrest after officers arrived on the scene, Prince William County Police said.
Prince William County Police say that they arrested a naked man after he stood on vehicles and yelled at motorists.
David Curtis Blanks, 27, of no fixed address, is charged with indecent exposure and resisting arrest.
Officers arrived near Blackburn Road and Rippon Boulevard in the Woodbridge area on Friday at 3:03 p.m. They found Blanks there, but he ignored an officer's orders and resisted arrest, said police spokesman Officer Jonathan Perok.
Officers were able to detain Blanks without further incident. He is now held without bond pending his court date.
