Police initially responded at 12:48 a.m. March 23 after a caller told police that an unknown drunk man was getting angry at her while she was outside on Frankfurt Court.

"Officers responded and identified the man as the accused. The accused was requested to return to his residence by officers," Perok said. "The accused repeatedly ignored officers and became increasingly disorderly. Officers attempted to arrest the accused, at which point, he actively resisted and bit one of the officers on his hand."
