"The argument escalated into a physical fight which moved into the main lobby of the apartment building causing about $350 in damages," Perok said. "Following the fight, the accused exited the lobby and got into a vehicle which was left in the parking lot unattended and running. The vehicle belonged to a pizza delivery driver who was making a delivery at the complex. Once in the vehicle, the accused drove onto Farm Creek Drive where he struck the rear of a parked, unoccupied tractor trailer. After the collision, the accused fled on foot, returning to his residence where officers located him."

Both the victim and Cetto were injured, and Cetto was taken to a hospital to be treated. After an investigation, Cetto was arrested. His court date and bond information is unavailable.
