Police Reports: Delivery Man Reports Attempted Robbery

Delivery Man Reports Attempted Robbery

Police are on the lookout for three males that allegedly tried to rob a Chinese delivery man on Feb. 9.

The delivery man, a 37-year-old Dumfries resident, was making a delivery in the 2600 block of Grayton Lane last Thursday evening when three unknown men approached him at the delivery location. One of the men displayed a knife and demanded the delivery man’s money. The man was able to run back to his vehicle but the men followed and allegedly assaulted him before fleeing the area on foot, police said. No money or property was taken but minor injuries were reported.

Police are looking for three black men all reported to be between 16 and 18-years-old, 6-feet-tall, 160 pounds, of thin build. Two of the men were reported to be wearing black masks; the third had a white t-shirt pulled over his face.

Aggravated Sexual Battery

A Woodbridge man was arrested and charged with four counts of aggravated sexual battery and two counts of indecent liberties. Police arrested Danny Glass, 56, after an investigation found that the man, a known acquaintance, allegedly sexually assaulted an 11-year-old Woodbridge girl on multiple occasions between Oct. 1 and 31, 2011 and then again between Dec. 1, 2011 and Jan. 3, 2012. 

Glass, a Maryland Avenue resident, is being held without bond. His court date was not immediately available. 

Attempted Malicious Wounding, Domestic-related

A Woodbridge woman was arrested on Feb. 8 after a 22-year-old Woodbridge man told police he was allegedly struck by a drinking mug after a verbal altercation.

The victim told that the accused, Alexia Quinci Wilson allegedly hit him with a mug before grabbing a knife. Police said Wilson, 20, attempted to stab the man but did not. No injuries were reported. 

Wilson is charged with attempted malicious wounding and domestic assault and battery. She is held without bond and her court date is unavailable.
