Police Seek Help in 2010 Missing Person Case

Shane Donahue disappeared from his home March 24, 2010.

Release, Crime Solvers of Prince William County:

The Prince William County Police Department is asking for the public’s help in providing information about a missing person’s case from 2010 involving Shane Ryan Donahue who was reported missing from his residence in the Nokesville area of Prince William County. 
 
On March 24 of 2010, officers responded to the 12000 block of Aden Rd in Nokesville (20181) to investigate a missing person. Family reported to police that Shane Donahue was last seen on March 22 at his residence in the above area.

Mr. Donahue did not have access to a vehicle and was known to frequently get rides from friends and other known acquaintances. He has known ties to the Northern 
Virginia, Washington D.C., and Baltimore, MD areas.

Mr. Donahue was entered into the national missing persons database when he was reported missing in 2010. Over the past four years, detectives from the 
Violent Crimes Bureau, including the Cold Case Office, continue to investigate this case and are seeking the public’s help with providing any additional information which may help solve this case. 

Missing: (Descriptors at the time of his disappearance) 
Shane Ryan DONAHUE, 27 (current age), of Nokesville 
Described as a white male, 5’11”, 180lbs, medium build with brown eyes and brown hair
