Police Seek Help in Murder Investigation

The victim of a suspected murder was found dead in Woodbridge on Nov. 12.

Prince William County Police are looking for help in the murder investigation into last week's homicide on Caledonia Circle in Woodbridge. Homicide Unit detectives will be at Cotton Mill Drive and Griffith Avenue and at Cotton Mill Drive and Hedges Run Drive at 3 p.m. today to hand out fliers about the investigation.

The victim was identified as 78-year-old Charlie Duncan Adkins. No arrests have been made. Adkins was found dead inside a Woodbridge residence on Nov. 12 after one of his friends went to visit him and found the door unlocked. His upper body had reportedly been injured. He had last been seen Nov. 10.
