Police Seek Man Flashing Women on Area Trails

Police in Manassas are asking for the public's help in locating a man who has exposed himself to two different female subjects on Wellington trails.

Police in Manassas are asking for the public’s help in locating a subject who has exposed himself to two female subjects on two separate occasions.

The first incident happened on Aug. 6th, around 3:30 p.m. on the trails behind the Manassas Boys and Girls Club in the city's Wellington neighborhood. A similar incident occurred just days later on Aug. 13 when yet another female victim told police a man had exposed himself to her as she walked her dog on Winters Branch Trail near Bens Way.  It happened around 2 p.m. in broad daylight.
