Shots were fired near Cordel Avenue and Colder Lane sometime early Sunday morning, according to Prince William County Police.
Police responded at 12:39 a.m. for a report of multiple shots being fired. Officers found shell casings in the roadway, but no property damage or injuries were reported.
Police said that no one reported seeing any suspects or suspicious vehicles.
