Police: Stabbing Suspect Sought in Woodbridge Incident

Victim was flown to a hospital after an altercation escalated, according to Prince William County Police.

Investigators are seeking a man accused in a Woodbridge area stabbing Sunday night.

Dion Jamal Green, 28, of 4449 Pembrook Village Dr. in Alexandria is wanted for malicious wounding. He is described as a black male, 6’3”, 300lbs with a heavy build, short black hair, brown eyes, a beard, and a tattoo on his left hand and chest. 

Near 11 p.m. Sunday, officers responded to a home in the 3300 block of Beaumont Road in Woodbridge to investigate an assault.

The victim, a 36-year-old man of Alexandria, reported to police that he and Green were in a verbal altercation which escalated. Green allegedly pulled out an unknown sharp object and cut the victim in the chest, according to police. 

The accused fled prior to officers arriving in the area, according to police. The victim was flown to an area hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
