On Tuesday at 12:36 a.m., police responded to the teenager's Woodbridge home, where the homeowner reported Osorio had used a ladder to climb in the girl's bedroom window. The girl tried to stop her, but wasn't able to, police spokesman Officer Jonathan Perok said.

"Once inside, a verbal altercation ensued between the accused and the victim which prompted police to respond to the home," Perok said.

During the course of the investigation, police found that Osorio was angry because her husband, Osorio-Ortiz, "was involved in a relationship" with the teenager, according to Perok.

Investigators also found that a second man, David Ernesto Leiva, was also allegedly involved with the victim. Leiva, 33, of Tazanari Way in Woodbridge, is now charged with two counts of carnal knowledge and indecent liberties with a child.

All three are held without bond pending their court dates.
