Prince William County Community Services Board Employee Arrested for Prescription Fraud

Woodbridge woman and Alexandria man arrested in fraud

Police concluded a nearly three-week investigation regarding prescription fraud at the Prince William County Community Services Board office in Woodbridge.

The investigation yielded two arrests, said Prince William Police spokesperson Jonathan Perok. In police reports, police allege that on Sept. 13, 2011 Gina Lyn George, 50, an employee at the services board had access to and had given the prescription drug Seroquel to a contractor working at the office.

The contractor, Remon Adel Menias, 36, of 475 N Armstead St. in Alexandria, was not a patient nor was he prescribed the medication. Seroquel is typically prescribed to patients with bipolar disorder, or a major depressive order.
