Search Warrant Executed in Woodbridge Leads to Drug Bust
Three Dumfries residents and two Woodbridge residents arrested, one of which was a PWCS teacher.
Prince William County police arrested two Woodbridge residents and three Dumfries residents in a narcotics investigation that happened in December.
Two search warrants executed in Dumfries and one at 12601 Terranova Lane in Woodbridge yielded in the seizure of prescription drugs. At the Woodbridge address, police seized oxycodone, drug paraphernalia, an undisclosed amount of money, records and documents.
In Dumfries, at 15431 Silvan Glen Drive police seized oxycodone, drug paraphernalia, money, a BMW, records and documents.

Police said one of the accused, Rachel Byrne Domina of Dumfries, was a Prince William County School employee. Domina is a teacher at Graham Park Middle School in Triangle, VA.
Domina was charged on Dec. 17, 2010 with two counts of possession with intent to distribute a schedule I or II narcotic and conspiracy to violate the Drug Control Act.

Meghan Anderson, Taryn Francescon and Robert Edwin Hofer were charged on Dec. 18, 2010 while Ryan Jones was charged on Dec. 20, 2010. Anderson and Hofer are Woodbridge residents from Terranova Lane; Francescon and Jones are from Dumfries. All have been charged with intent to distribute a schedule I or II narcotic and conspiracy to violate the Drug Control Act.
All of the accused have a court date set for March 7 and are all held on a $5,000 secured bond.
