Tip Leads to Arrest of Four Burglary Suspects

After $30,000 worth of items and two grand larcenies, police have arrested four of the five suspects.

After $30,000 worth of items were stolen from three Woodbridge-area burglaries and larcenies in January and February, police have arrested four suspects but are still looking for a fifth.

Prince William County police spokesperson Jonathan Perok said that police received a tip on April 3 about possible suspects in area burglaries and larcenies. After an extensive police investigation it was found that three burglaries were connected. Police said that the burglaries took place on Jan. 2 in the 13400 block of Spriggs Road, Feb. 1 in the 2100 block of Gardensen Drive in Dale City and Feb. 11 in the 13900 block of Mathews Drive in Woodbridge.

In those burglaries, police said close to $30,000 worth of items were reported missing.

But, three of the five accused have also been alleged to have been involved in two separate grand larceny auto case on Feb. 3 in the area of Colchester Ferry Pl and Freshes Ln and April 3 in the 14400 block of Orange Court.  

 Tilson David Romero, Marvin Ernesto Macias Coronado, and a 16-year-old of Woodbridge have been arrested as well as Clevier Enrique Salazar from King George, MD.

Romero is charged with burglary and larceny from Spriggs and Mathews as well as a grand larceny auto charge from the Colchester incident.

Salazar is charged with burglary and grand larceny from Spriggs and is charged with conspiracy to commit grand larceny and conspiracy to commit burglary from Spriggs.

Coronado is charged with burglary and grand larceny from Mathews. The 16-year-old is charged with charged with burglary and grand larceny from Spriggs and is charged with grand larceny auto from Orange.

A fifth suspect, a 17-year-old boy from Manassas is wanted but warrants remain on file for him.
