Two Dead in Interstate 95 Crash in Triangle

All lanes blocked due to wreck, according to Virginia State Police.

Two people are dead after a crash heading northbound on Interstate 95 on Thursday morning, according to Virginia State Police.

The wreck around 9:45 a.m. was near Exit 150 in Prince William County and blocked the roadway and northbound traffic was rerouted to Route 1 at the exit for Route 619.

As of 11:37 a.m., the roadway was still blocked and traffic was reportedly backed up 6 miles, according to the Virginia Department of Transportation.

A tractor-trailer and a second vehicle were involved in the crash, according to the state police.
