Two Men Charged with Using Counterfeit Cash to Buy Gaming Console

Two have been charged in an incident this week where police say robbers used fake cash to try and purchase a video game console.

Billy Jeffery Graham, 21, of no fixed address, and Geovanni Dante Reyes, 21, of Stafford were both charged with robbery, use of a firearm in commission of a felony, possession of counterfeit currency, and uttering counterfeit currency.

The Prince William County Police Department reports that the two men were arrested on Tuesday following Monday’s robbery.

Authorities said that the victim had met up with Graham to buy the video game console after arranging the purchase online. Authorities report that Graham tried to pay with fake money. When the seller grew suspicious, Graham pulled out a gun, robbed the man and fled.

Authorities say that Reyes was the driver of the getaway car.
