UPDATE: Doctor Receives Additional Sexual Battery Charges

A McLean doctor now faces sexual battery charges at a court date in April.

Dr. Nizar Mohamed Hussain, a Woodbridge doctor, has been accused of three additional charges after an ongoing investigation revealed more sexual battery incidents.

Prince William County Police spokesman Jonathan Perok said that there were three separate occasions in March, September and December of 2010 where 44-year-old Hussain allegedly touched three separate victims, all adult women, while in his care as a physician.

A 52-year-old Stafford woman told police that Hussain sexually assaulted her in September.

Two other women – 37-year-olds from Lorton and Stafford – told police that during December and March Hussain allegedly tried to kiss them without their consent.

Much like the other sexual battery charges, all incidents reported occurred at Hussain’s office off of Optiz Boulevard.

Warrants were obtained and Hussain, a McLean resident, turned himself in without incident on Feb. 9, police said.

Hussain has been charged with one count of sexual battery and two counts of assault and battery. He has a court date set for April 7 and was released on personal recognizance.
