Vandal Smashes Window on County Vehicle

The damage was around $2,000, Prince William County Police said.

A vandal shattered a window and chipped the windshield of a parked Prince William County vehicle in the Dumfries area, according to police. 

A Prince William County employee reported that the vandalism likely occured between 2:30 p.m. Wednesday and 7:30 a.m. Thursday. At the time of the vandalism, the vehicle was parked by Northgate Drive and Edgewood Drive. 

The property damage was reported at around $2,000. No information on the suspect was immediately available, police said.
