Man Allegedly Stabbed after Altercation

A 50-year-old Woodbridge man was transported to an area hospital Saturday for a stabbing wound.

Perok said that police responded to the 14500 block of Jefferson Davis Highway at 2:24 a.m. where the victim told them he and two unknown men were involved in an argument which escalated.

“During the encounter, the accused in the white shirt allegedly produced a knife [and] cut him across the stomach,” Perok said. “The accused in the orange striped shirt then sliced two tires on the victim’s vehicle. Both accused fled the scene prior to police arrival.”

Police are on the lookout for two white men described to be between 20 and 25-years-old, around 200 pounds and of equal height at 5-feet 5-inches-tall. The first man was described as having brown hair and eyes, of medium build with a goatee. He was last seen wearing a blue hat, orange striped shirt and jean shorts.

The second man was said to have brown hair and eyes, of heavy build. He was last seen wearing a white shirt and jean shorts.

Brandishing from Vehicle

Police are looking for a white man said to be driving a red Chevy Tahoe SUV who allegedly showed a handgun to two Woodbridge residents at a stoplight.

The incident was reported in the area of Opitz Boulevard and Telegraph Road at 6 p.m. where a 20-year-old Woodbridge woman and a 24-year-old Woodbridge man reported they were at a red light when they encountered an unknown man in the red Tahoe.

“The man became angry with the victims over their facial gestures,” said police reports. “The man then allegedly showed a handgun. The man departed the area prior to police arrival.”
