Woodbridge Crime: Man Wanted for Drug Charges, Hit-and-Run

The following information comes from the Prince William County police department.

Police are looking for a Woodbridge man after an alleged hit-and-run with a police officer's cruiser.

According to Prince William County police spokesman Jonathan Perok, detectives from the Street Crimes Unit attempted to stop a vehicle in the area of Eastbourne Drive and Potomac Club Parkway in Woodbridge on April 2. The driver, identified later as Kai Tyrone Evans, 30 of Woodbridge, allegedly reversed the vehicle into a police cruiser and then fled on foot.

Officers and detectives searched for the driver but were unable to locate him. “Evidence located from the vehicle led detectives to an address on Sheffield Hill Way,” said Perok. There, detectives executed a search warrant at 2703 Sheffield Hill Way.
