Three Charged in Narcotics Investigation in Woodbridge

Prince William County Police charge three with possession with intent to distribute a schedule I or II narcotic.

Prince William County Police have charged three people in an investigation involving distribution of prescription medications, according to police spokesman Officer Jonathan Perok. 

Lisa Marie Parker, 28, of Bayside Avenue, Richard Glenn Elmore, 32, of the same address, and Cheryl Ann Mullins, 51, are each charged with possession with intent to distribute a schedule I or II narcotic. 

Detectives from the Street Crimes Unit ended the narcotics investigation on April 16 with the arrests. Their court dates are set for July 7.

Perok said that police did not immediately release information about the arrests because the investigation was ongoing.
