Prince William County police have arrested a Woodbridge woman who cut a man in the face with a knife, according to police reports.
The victim, a 48-year-old Woodbridge man, said he was engaged in a verbal argument with Francesca Marquita Jackson, 31, also of Woodbridge. Police say Jackson grabbed a knife and cut the victim on his face during the encounter. The injury appeared to be minor.
The incident occurred at a Woodbridge residence in the 13100 block of Minnieville Road Tuesday evening.
Jackson has been charged with malicious wounding and is scheduled to appear before court July 30. She is being held without bond.
