Woodbridge Woman Robbed at Gunpoint

The victim was robbed of her wallet and car keys, according to Prince William County Police.

Police are looking for a suspect who reportedly robbed a Woodbridge woman at gunpoint as she was getting out of her car on Dec. 4. 

Police responded to Winding Loop in Woodbridge this morning at 6:42 a.m. for the report of a robbery. 

"The victim, a 39-year-old woman of Woodbridge, reported to police that she was getting out of her vehicle when she was approached by an unknown man," Prince William County Police spokesperson Jonathan Perok said in a release. "The man displayed a handgun and demanded the victim’s property. The man took the victim’s wallet and car keys before fleeing the area on foot. No injuries were reported. Officers located the victim’s car keys nearby. A police K-9 was used to search for the suspect."

The suspect was described as a black male of an unknown age, 160 pounds, with a medium build and black hair. He was described as wearing a black jacket, black pants, and a black mask.
