Hearing Coming up on Unsolicited Proposal for Manassas Park City Hall

There will be a hearing on July 17 concerning an unsolicited proposal for a new city hall and structured parking, submitted pursuant to the Public-Private Education Facilities and Infrastructure Act of 2002 (see attachment) 

received an unsolicited proposal from a Manassas engineering company to build a new city hall and parking garage for as much as $24 million, according to city documents.
