Puller Wins 36th Senate Seat
Democratic Senator re-elected to position, unofficial results say.
Democrat Toddy Puller eked out a victory in the unofficial results posted on the Virginia State Board of Elections website Tuesday night. Puller beat Republican Jeff Frederick with 55.02 percent of the vote.
