PWC Named One of Wealthiest Counties Nationwide

Prince William County has been named one of the nation’s wealthiest communities by median household income. Here are some key points regarding why Prince William County and Northern Virginia as a whole, is so highly rated for household incomes.

The Washington Metropolitan Area workforce has grown, and the jobs that have grown in the Northern Virginia market specifically have led to considerable population growth in Northern Virginia. Loudoun County and Prince William County have become location destinations for that workforce. Prince William County has drawn a number of people because of its:

• geographical location at the center of Northern Virginia,

• the significantly lower taxes compared to other DC Metro markets, and
