Senator Mark Warner Endorses Lateef for Chairman
The former governor and senator has added his endorsement to the Democrat's campaign.
campaign announced Friday he has the endorsement of United States Senator Mark Warner.
Lateef is running as the Democrat for the Chairman of the Prince William Board of County Supervisors.
“Today I am proud to endorse Dr. Babur Lateef for Chairman of the Prince William Board of County Supervisors,” said Senator Warner. “As a former Governor and now Senator I know how important Prince William is to the economic success of the Commonwealth. I am confident that Babur will get Prince William residents back to workexpand educational opportunities for our children, and improve our transportation system.”
