Snow Plow Locator: Find the Truck in Your Neighborhood
As snow piles up, a map from the Virginia Department of Transportation helps you find the nearest snow plow.
NOTE: To use the VDOT map, zoom into your community and run the cursor over the camera icon for an image or the truck icon for more information.
Road crews were out plowing Northern Virginia streets early Monday, but snow is still falling and motorists are warned to stay off the roads unless necessary.
The Virginia Department of Transportation has road condition cameras and locators for the nearest snow plow (which can include details about the truck and the width of the plow).
