I hereby order that the flags shall be lowered immediately and remain at half-staff until sunset on Friday, August 10, 2012, provided that the flags are properly illuminated during the hours of darkness.  Where no appropriate night illumination exists, the flags shall remain at half-staff only from sunrise to sunset each day through Friday, August 10, 2012.
