Del. Rich Anderson Gets Major Endorsements

Woodbridge, VA – In recent days, Del. Richard L. Anderson (R-51st) has been endorsed by influential business groups in Virginia representing thousands of job creators and local farmers.

The National Federation of Independent Businesses (NFIB) represents over 5,500 small businesses in Virginia and has endorsed Anderson because of his support of low-tax policies that help local small businesses create jobs in Prince William County.

Additionally the Virginia Farm Bureau Federation AgPAC has endorsed Anderson for re-election to the House of Delegates in the 51st House District, which includes rural parts of Prince William County.

The endorsement of both organizations follows Anderson previous grade of “A” by the Virginia Chamber of Commerce for his work over the last year as a strong advocate of Virginia’s business community.  Additionally, Anderson sits as a member of the House Business Development Caucus, which has been credited with fielding legislation favorable to the business community and job creation.

“I’m humbled to have the support of small businesses and farmers,” said Anderson.  “These organizations represent a large number of our neighbors in the 51st House District, not to mention that they are strong voices for all of Virginia.  My support of job-creators and farmers is unwavering, and I’ll always stand with the men and women who work hard to make a living and provide for their families.  I’ve stood up against the largest tax increase in Virginia history and it’s great to be acknowledged by groups such as the NFIB and the Farm Bureau.”
