Deployed Navy Dad Surprises Family at Antietam Elementary School
Teacher and student, mother and daughter, get a very welcome visit Thursday.
Lt. Comm. Brian Harper with the U.S. Navy came home Thursday, surprising his wife and his daughter at Antietam Elementary School in Lake Ridge.
Prince William County Schools shared a gallery of photos on its Facebook page.
Harper was deployed to Kabul Afghanistan on Feb. 10, 2013.
