Junior Lifeguards

Youth interested in the skills required to be a Lifeguard are invited to attend a 2-week training program at .  During this program students will learn how to recognize emergencies, introductory Lifeguard skills like First Aid and CPR, and how to effectively communicate with guests. Students will also spend a day with an experienced Lifeguard during this program.  Each student will receive a T-shirt and a whistle.  In order to attend this program, students should be able to swim 100 yards continuously and tread water for 1 minute.

There is a $150 fee for the 8 sessions.
