Come down and enjoy the Bhangra Rhythmic beats. The party has begun! The Masala bhangra workout is a fitness class founded by Sarina Jain the Jane Fonda of India .This class is amazing and fun. It makes you laugh and makes your body feel great. The Masala Bhangra Workout® is an exercise dance routine that modernizes the high-energy folk dance of Bhangra by blending the folk of Bhangra dance steps and the exhilaration of Bollywood (Hindi film) moves. This unique dance mixes cardiovascular with fun, and is suitable for participants of all ages and fitness levels. This class is taught by An Masala Bhangra workout Ambassador.
