February 2012 Real Estate Market Update for Prince William County, Manassas & Manassas Park

Manassas City showed the biggest increase of sold volume coming in at 70.9 percent. Prince William County came in at 18.8 percent increase while Manassas Park came in at 26.3 percent.

Prince William County, Manassas City and Manassas Park all showed an increase in the number of properties sold in February 2012 over what sold in February 2011. Just another sign that the real estate market is starting to recover considering there is extremely low inventory. In February there were only 1,224 homes for sale. This is a four percent increase over homes for sale in January. In my January Real Estate Market Update I reported there was 1,174 homes for sale and 427 that had sold.
