Volunteers Beautify Route 1
The stretch of road adjacent to the VRE station has better landscaping, thanks to the Prince William Clean Community Council
Last week, Prince William Clean Community Council (CCC) volunteers from Covenant Presbyterian Church helped beautify a section of Route 1 that flanks the VRE station. The youth group worked for 3 hours weeding 3 plant beds and replacing mulch. They also picked up litter along Route 1 between Route 123 and Dawson Beach Road.
