Pigs at the Pole. The Blue Sky Puppets present this story of Santa's unusual helpers: "the 3 (not so) little pigs." Free. 2 p.m. Saturday at Chinn Park Regional Library, 13065 Chinn Park Drive, Woodbridge.
Jingle Bell Trail 5 Mile. All runners are given bells to wear on their shoes. 9 a.m. Saturday, Victory Lakes Elementary School, 12001 Tygart Lake Drive, Bristow. Register.
Holiday Pops. Songs of the Season will fill the Hylton Performing Arts Center in Manassas. The concert features the American Festival Pops Orchestra. From $34. 8 p.m. Friday, Merchant Hall, Hylton Performing Arts Center, 10960 George Mason Circle, Manassas.
