Police are looking for Manassas resident Corey James, who is wanted for strangulation, domestic assault and battery and burglary after a Woodbridge woman told police that she was attacked in her own bedroom, Prince William County Police said. Police put out a Crime Solvers alert asking the public to provide them with information leading to James' arrest. According to police, James broke down the door of a Langtree Lane acquaintance on March 13. He allegedly chased the victim once inside the house and began to choke and further assault the victim. Prince William County Police need the public's help in identifying the man who reportedly robbed the bank after passing the teller a note.
Police are asking the public to assist them in identifying a man who reportedly robbed Burke and Herbert Bank at 14008 Smoketown Road in Woodbridge on Feb. 23, Prince William County Police spokesperson Jonathan Perok said. Police initially responded to the bank at 9:56 a.m. for the report of a robbery. Employees told police that an unknown man came into the bank and walked up to the counter. "Once there, the man passed the teller a note demanding money," Perok said. "The man took an undisclosed amount of money before fleeing area, possibly in a vehicle. Police are looking for two suspects in regards to a sexual assault case from Sept. 4.
Prince William County Police are asking for help locating two suspects wanted in regards to a sexual assault incident that occurred at the 13700 block of Jefferson Davis Highway on Sept. 4. The victim in this case, a 20-year-old Woodbridge woman, told police that she was standing near the back of the La Luna Restaurant when a silver Chrysler 300 pulled up to her. Out of three men in the vehicle, the victim recognized two men from earlier in the evening. She then got into the car with the men and went to the back of Jefferson Plaza. Two of the men allegedly prevented the victim from leaving the car, reportedly sexually assaulted her, hit her with a wooden board and stole her purse.
