A second man has been charged with stealing a Woodbridge teenager's shoes, and the first suspect in the case has been linked to a separate September robbery on Grist Mill Road, Prince William County Police said. Donquiz Markies Hoskins, 19, of Korvette Drive in Dale City, was charged with robbery and assault and battery. He was not linked to the Grist Mill Road incident. His court date is set for Dec. 28. The 18-year-old male victim reported that he arranged to meet two men on the 2200 block of Turnbuckle Lane in Woodbridge on Nov. 14.
