WSHS Vikings Marching Band debuted seasonal pieces.
Woodbridge Senior High School's Viking Marching Band debuted a new repertoire of three selections for their 2010-20111 season last night. Last evening was the first time Vikings Marching Band parents had the opportunity to hear the band's pieces with added choreography. But, band director Mark Carder admits that the work has just begun. "We have some really neat packages coming up," said Carder in-between the band's selections. "We're still in a rough draft stage." Selections for this year fall under the "Broadway" theme, sampling from musicals such as "Jesus Christ Superstar," "Jekyll & Hyde" and the "Blue Man Group."
