Editor's Note: Congratulations to Kelly Miller for winning the first Photo of the Week contest! Here is Kelly's description of her photo: My idea of quintessential Woodbridge is probably different than a lot of people, but then again, I didn't move to Woodbridge from Leesburg to shop at Potomac Mills. Tucked away behind the Belmont Bay community, boaters and water enthusiasts spend their days (and nights) Here is a picture taken in April of Belmont Bay and the shores of the peaceful Mason Neck Park. Belmont Bay is an integral part of Woodbridge because it is the perfect staycation spot, (surprise) three minutes from U.S. Route 1.
