These words best describe Charming Charlie, a women's fashion boutique with locations in 27 different states, now being advertised to open at the Potomac Town Center. Charming Charlie's marketing department declined to provide an exact date of the Woodbridge location grand opening, however, advertisements at the Town Center speculate Spring 2012.
