Jean R. Westcott is the co-author of Digitally Daunted:  The Consumer's Guide to Taking Control of the Technology in Your Life and the companion site, www.digitallydaunted.com.  She has been featured in national and local media providing friendly advice on a variety of tech topics.  She has been a part of the Prince William County community since moving here with her IT-guru and husband Sean and their two children in 1999.
