Last Chance to Enroll in School Age Child Care for First Week of School

If you want your child to be in the county School Age Child Care program by the first week of school, Aug. 21 is the last date to enroll. Parents must enroll their children by 5 p.m.

Registration and enrollment happens on a rolling basis, so those who register their children between Aug. 22 and Sept. 4 will have their kids enrolled in the program on Sept. 9, at the beginning of the second week of school.

"Registration continues throughout the school year, with a registration deadline by close-of-business each Wednesday for a child to begin on the following Monday," a notice on the PWCS website read.
