WILLY WONKA JR - Fun for the Entire Family
The Center for the Arts' Pied Piper Theatre opens its 2013-2014 season with a rollicking musical production of Willy Wonka Jr.  Bring the entire family and everyone will go home singing the "Oompa Loompa" song and "Candy Man."  Forty-six talented young actors join together to bring you the wonderful characters from Roald Dahl's book, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.  Take a tour down the Chocolate River, through the Candy Inventing Room, the Fizzy Lifting Room, and the Chocolate Dipping Room - and don't forget to watch for the Oompa Loompas.  Willy Wonka, Jr. takes the stage on Saturdays at 7pm and Sundays at 4pm from November 16-24 at Metz Middle School, 9950 Wellington Rd., Manassas.  Tickets are $12 for general admission and $10 for children 12 and under.  Tickets are available in advance at www.center-for-the-arts.org and will also be available at the door.  Group tickets for civic organizations are available by calling the Center for the Arts at (703)330-2787.
