Woodbridge Obituary: Centenarian and WWII Veteran Frank Bal

Frank Bal, 100, passed away Nov. 3, 2013. A World War II veteran, Bal was born July 9, 1913, in Holland. Shortly after he was born, his family immigrated to the United States. 

Bal worked for 26 years at the Virginia Electric Power Company at the Possum Point Power Station in Dumfries. He was also the co-owner of Flying Dutchman Racing.
