Police believe the incident wasn't a random attack.

By Jamie Rogers
A trio of suspects bursted into a Manassas-area hotel room and tied up one of its occupants before robbing and injuring both, Prince William County Police reports show.

It happened Tuesday morning just after 8:30 when a couple was staying in a room at the Courtyard Marriott on Battleview Parkway, just off Interstate 66.
The victims told police a woman knocked on their door and when they answered, showed them a knife and forced her way inside.

Two unknown men with guns followed the suspect inside the room and bound the 25-year-old Woodbridge man's hands and feet before taking two mobile phones, a laptop computer and money.

The 19-year-old female victim, also of Woodbridge, was not bound and was able to make it to the hotel lobby and call for help.

The victims reported suffering minor injuries.

Investigators said the attack wasn't random and that they are continuing to search for the suspects.

The suspects were last seen leaving the area in a late model white sedan thought to be a Toyota Camry.

The first suspect is described as a 19 or 20-year-old black woman.  She is 6 feet tall with a thin build, a dark complexion and shoulder-length hair styled in a ponytail. She was last seen wearing a white, striped shirt with black-and-blue ripped jeans.

The two other suspects are described as black men with thin builds between the ages of 20 and 25. Both are 6 feet tall with short hair.

One suspect was last seen wearing a white hooded sweatshirt and blue jeans.
The other man was last seen wearing a black hooded shirt and blue jeans.
