Man Exposes Self to Woman in Parking Lot

A man in a parking lot on Smoketown Road exposed himself to a woman in another car, according to Prince William County Police. 

The 43-year-old female driver told police on Saturday at 9:30 a.m. that a man had exposed himself. The woman had just parked in a parking lot on the 13700 block of Smoketown Road, when a man drove up in a green vehicle. The unknown man was sitting in his vehicle, looking at her, when he exposed himself and made inappropriate gestures, police said. 

The woman went into a nearby business and called the police. 

The suspect is described as a white male, in his early 30s, short with a thin build and shot blonde hair. He was wearing a blue shirt, blue jean shorts, and glasses.
