Pizza Delivery Man Assaulted in Triangle

The suspect fled when he saw police officers approaching, according to Prince William County Police.

A delivery man was dropping off a pizza in Triangle when he was assaulted—but the suspect ran away after two police officers spotted the altercation, according to Prince William County Police.

Police were near the 18100 block of Kilmer Lane when they witnessed the fight, said police spokesman Officer Jonathan Perok. The victim told police that he was making the delivery when an unknown man approached him. The man, who was standing by the victim's vehicle, assaulted him and a fight broke out. The suspect did not take anything from the victim before he ran off.

Police used a K-9 to search for the suspect, but did not find him.

The suspect is described as black, 18-25 years old, 5'9" to 5'11" tall, around 150 to 160 pounds, with a goatee, long black dreadlocks and a medium build. He was wearing a black jacket, blue jeans and white undershirt.
