Police: Man Wanted for Exposing Self at Noodles & Co.

Prince William County Police have identified the suspect in the case of an indecent exposure at the Woodbridge Noodles & Co. 

David Lynn Scriven, 57, of no fixed address, is wanted for three counts of indecent exposure. 

On Friday, investigating officers identified Scriven as the suspect in the incident, which took place the day before. Customers reported to police that a man was sitting at a table inside the restaurant when he exposed himself to a group of women. He left before police arrived on the scene. After
an investigation, police obtained warrants for Scriven's arrest. 

Scriven is described as as a white male, about 6’4”, 260 pounds, with a mustache, short brown/gray hair and brown eyes.
