Police: Teen Boy Tied Up During Burglary

The burglars reportedly took cash and electronics.

Police are looking for two suspects who reportedly burglarized a house and tied up a 14-year-old boy during the burglary, Prince William County Police spokesperson Jonathan Perok said.

Police responded to the 3800 block of Fortuna Court in Woodbridge on Nov. 5 at 10:43 p.m. for the report of a burglary in progress.

"The victim, a 14-year-old boy of Woodbridge, reported to police that he was inside his residence when someone knocked on the door," Perok said. "Upon answering, two men forcibly entered the home. Once inside, the men tied up the victim and put him in a bathroom. The men then took multiple small electronics and an undisclosed amount of U.S. Currency before fleeing the area, possibly in a vehicle. Detectives from the Robbery Unit are investigating this incident which, at this time, is not believed to be random. The investigation continues."

Police are looking for two black men between 18 and 20 years old. The first was described as being 6-foot-1 and 180 pounds with a medium build, short black hair, brown eyes, and a goatee. He was described as wearing a black jacket and black sweatpants. The second was described as being 5-foot-9 and 160 pounds with a medium build, short black hair, brown eyes, and a mustache. He was described as wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, black sweatpants and black combat style boots.

The vehicle is described as a light or silver two-door vehicle with a large dent in the trunk. It was described as being similar to a Honda Prelude or Accord.
