Prince William County Police are searching for three unknown men who robbed a Georgia Man in Dale City early Sunday morning.
At 2:05 a.m., police responded to Dale Boulevard and Forestdale Avenue, where the 28-year-old victim, a man from Georgia, reported the robbery. He said that around 12:30 a.m., three unknown men approached him while he was walking.
"One of the men assaulted the victim, knocking him to the ground. While on the ground, one of the other men went through the victim’s pockets," police spokesman Officer Jonathan Perok said in a press release.
The men stole a cell phone and an undisclosed amount of cash before they fled on foot.
